Health Check

This function allows heart rate, breathing, and temperature measurements to be entered.

Each measurement can include the date, time, and measurement status (rest, exertion, after exertion, and illness).

Each check can include a note or report.

Optionally, a mucous membrane check can be performed and recorded. Any abnormalities will generally require immediate action.
